We have motivated 4500+ farmers to come together to set up Farmers producer Company. The company is expected to be registered by April 2013.
The objective behind this initiative is to get the benefit of collective strength of farmers for getting quality inputs in reasonable price and for selling their produce directly to the processor/ big traders for maximizing the profit.
We know that it is not possible for the corporate houses like you to deal with each farmers individually and hence the Managing Director of the Company will represent these farmers (4500) for the dealing with your esteemed organisation. This will help in quick decision making.
Keeping the registration and the coming Kharip Season in view, we are interested to know more about your products and prices. We are also interested toestablish a Business relations as a Distributor/ Dealer or any other form which you and we think suitable to enter into a relationship at the beginning.
As this is the Development Initiative, your Company can also take it up as a "Initiative under Corporate Social Responsibility", which is mandatory for each corporate house as per the latest regulations. Hence this partnership can creat a win win situation for both of us.
