Brief introduction of Founder Chairman:
Our Founder Chairman Mr. Dilip Naphade has been veteran social worker in the region chaired various prestigious positions in various government and panchayati raj institution. Represented various influential positions Mr. Dilip Naphade has been chairman since the beginning of the organization. He has worked as a Director of Buldana District Central Cooperative bank As well as Chairman of Buldana District milk Cooperative federation. He has been able to score on the human development of the region through the voluntary ventures. At present he is chairman of milk cooperatives and primary agricultural organization.

Mr.Amitkumar Naphade is working in the field or Rural development since the year 2000. he has completed PGC in social welfare administration from Tata Institute of Social Science. HE has worked with BASIX and has participated in International and National Training Programme.
